grip warmer kits....?

Anybody use these?? I seen a pair in Dennis Kirk catalog for like $24.99 that goes between the grips and the handlebars. Do these work good or are they a waste of money?? Also, can you re-use them once your grips ware out and you have to replace them?

i have brand new ones i will sell you for $15 if interested. they are still in the package

It doesn't seem like they would fit between the grip and bar. I was think of putting them inside the bar and sprying some of that expanding foam insulation in there.
