good and bad

i did the search and theres good and bad about the 300ex/400ex a arms is it good or bad why is it bad make it a STIKCKY

There are a hundred posts on this subject. Nobody listens anyways. You always get someone who insists the 400ex front end is fine. I have tried both setupsand I disagree. There's no replacement for doing it right using the right parts. There's no cheap way out. If you read the posts by Jeff@thequadshop you'll get the straight answer;)
