will a blaster axle fit a kasea?

guy on ebay is selling a durablue axle that states it fits a blaster and a kasea? is it true or is the guy blowing smoke? if it's true, will a stock blaster axle work and is it wider than a kasea?

I think ti fits the 170/250cc kasea not the mini.
