swap the 04 ?

I was just wondering if anyone has traded their 04 450R for a new one ? and if so how much more out of pocket did they want ?

why would you? they didn't change anything

There is no reason whatsoever to do this..they changed nothing except a few had a cheaper crank bearing and will throw a rod within a few hours of use

I thought they changed a few critical welds.....but that's hearsay. Other than that nothing has been changed whatsoever.

Guess nobody has done this. Just was wondering in case the new 06 models are different, what I could expect . No swap for me I ride Red :devil:

If I was trading I would wait till 06, people seam to think there will be alot of changes in 06.

I have heard from other peepole 06' is going to have e-start and new rear linkage setup so less bucking..
