Linkage or No linkage

Well, Ive been asking around and got a few answers, but I wanted everyone elses opinion.
For freestyle setup, should you use a stock or aftermarket linkage and list the goods and bads.

i wondered bout this same thing before i know they use the after market links like the gt and elka for cross country but what about mx and freestyle?????

I just got the GT thunder linkage on my 4 wheeler lowers it quite a bit and so far just riding around it feels good. They make an MX linkage that i got. so far i like it, havent hit any jumps yet.
