Can someone tell me how much I should to torque my clutch spring bolts?

Not very tight, they snap off easily. Just snug them up. What part of Alabama are you from?

so you think 10 or 12 FT lbs would be enough?
I'm in Trussville, alabama.

I think I heard 7 ft./lbs before, but there is no listing in the manual.

ok great, thanks.
Would it be correct to assume that each should be tightened equally so that there is even pressure all around the plates? Or am I off base here?

no more the 7 ft lbs. Remeber this is cast aluminum and it don't take much to break it. The tension of the springs is what will keep them from coming out.

Bolts bottom out on the spring towers and should be torqued to 9ft/lb max! 7 min.
