One quick questions... Is this the complete kit with everything I need? I dont want to have to order a bolt off the net and pay $10 for shipping for it. Also, how old is it and will you accept paypal? Thanks.

Sorry, I am new to quads and not very familiar with these things. Maybe I should buy new to ensure I get the full package since I am unsure if this is complete by looking at the photo. Thanks for the quick responses and goodluck getting rid of this stuff.
