How fast a good 330 kit (high comp piston, cam, valve job...) is compared to the stock 300ex engine? How does it compare to a stock 400ex?

A 330 Kit with a cam, port and polish, hardened rocker arms, valve job, a good exaust, vented air box can beat a stock 400ex in a drag race. In not sure how fast it goes, but i know it beats a stock 400.

mine was the upgraded kit w/ a better cam, and a pipe and headpipe, and it was 1700 with labor but the regular kit is about 1500 w/pipe and labor

How stong does it pull? how many hp???

well its really strong and it gives me (an estimate from my mechanic) 28 hp
