I dont have a pic, but i have had them and i can tell you they are LOUD, produce good power, and they dont last very long. Everyone i have had has always fallen apart. They just seem cheaply made.

Mine. And yup it does need some welding:o I paid $200, and got it from Muff.

mine was already on the quad but i think he payed almost 400 for this thing

its really loud and it hits so much harder than stock

just cut about 5 inches off the stock headpipe and bolt it up
mine doesn't have any welding on it

oh yeah with my set up - tom said a different headpipe is just a waste of money with the tc shorty and the stock one will do the same as any other headpipe

$320 for a new one......

They also have the same amount of HP or less than a stock muffler on the topend... Great on the bottom but fall on their face when on the gas WFO..:eek2:

that hp is also for a stock motor though ...

go to a national ... you won't see too many hmf exhaust systems there

but you'll see tons from tom

the tc exhaust on my crf450r quad looks very similar. it makes alot of power and is loud to the point of ridiculas, almost to the point that I feel sorry for the guys riding behind me. mine had to be welded in the atv frame(custon aplication) and a very good welder did the work, so it should last quite awhile, basically its a 4" supertrapp cut down, with a rebent and welded head pipe.

I have had mine for over 3 years and can't say anything bad about it except for how loud it is. It does sound very good though. The bottom mount broke off, but the pipe is so thin it doesn't take much. I just had it welded, no problems since. A lot of people just put a patch over it and don't use it.

maybe its just me, but the TC pipes i've been around have this wicked effect where the blast from the exhaust hits a different spot every time if you happen to be behind one that is sitting idling

it'll make a puff of dust from the ground, then hit you in the face, then it won't hit ya, then it'll hit ya in the chest...just weird, oh and

LOUD!!!

and after this year, you won't see ANY TC pipes due to the sound restrictions going into place....:o
