I appreciate all the help. The bike has a 440 big bore 11:5 to1 piston, stage 1 Web cam, and a Big Gun rev box.Motr was done at a performance shop. I live just off of the coast of Pismo California. How much of a jump will I need on the jets?

Rico, have you had the same header for 4 years? Just wondering how it is holding up. I know that you race xc and all.

Yes it's the same one. It did crack by the bomb part due to a major rearending at a GNCC race and to be welded. It tore my muffler off from the impact and jacked up the header. It has held up great, and having it ceramic coated made it even better.

HOlds up great to dirt. It cleas up sooooo much easier with the coating on it compared to a stock pipe. It looks good, reduces, heat and cleans easier,, nothing but good things...

Wouldn't ceramic coating make it run hotter by keeping the heat in? Also, do you recommend a powerbomb and slip-on versus a full exhaust?

ceramic coating as it was explained to me, does keep the heat inside the pipe. which allows it to flow at a higher rate since hot air is thinner and moves faster, also...the surface temperature is cooler...still too hot to touch, but it might be easier on you or your gear. i think it was designed to be used in close proximity with heat sensitive equipment...and it looks good too..
