what is interchangeable from a 400ex? shocks, steering stem, bumper, IMS pegs, elka shock linkage, axle, slip on pipe, IMS heel guards, any of that stuff.

i assume you meant 450R? i'm not sure about the 250R....

You can make them fit but they will not work correctly. Front shocks will interchange but not the rear. None of the other stuff you listed will interchange.
