yfz450 killswitch install

im helping a friend wire up a tusk kill switch on his yfz...can anyone tell me what wires to splice the switch into? If you are not familier with the tusk kill switch when the switch is depressed the circuit is broken...when the kill switch is engage the circuit is closed. Any help would be appreciated!

hey, you have to take the front plastic off and i think it is a red or green wire but i will check when i get home and i'll post again to tell you.

red or green wire from the ignition?

Take front plastic off, then look behind left headlight you see a connector with 2 wires coming out of it, 1 white 1 yellow . you spline into the white wire and the yellow wire is ground. hope that helps!

sorry im confused...so i connect the two wires of the kill switch to the yellow and white wires?

on the kill switch there should be 2 wires coming of of it, 1 wire is for splicing into the white wire that and that goes into the eltrical system and the other wire on the kill switch just bolts to the frame or were ever to ground the killswitch out.and then you can mount the killswitch to you handlebars and it is ready for use.
