+1 chrome roll design stem for 400ex

I have a plus one chrome steering stem for a 400ex. Its a roll design in great shape. Chrome is great just a few scuffs where the stem rides in the bushing. 150 bucks

does it come with the bar clamp, if so what size, is it anti vibe

no i forgot to say that it does not come with clamps. its just the stem
