carbon fiber hood on maeir plastics?!?!?

I have a new set of maeir silver plastics for my 300ex and i dont like the way that it looks, so i want ot know if i can put a carbon fiber hood on and still make it look good. now these are maier on piece race front fenders i dont know if it can be done and if it will look good so if you can tell me and show me some pics of it i would appreciate it.

well your gonna have to cut those nice new plastics unless u put the hood over top them, and im not sure if they make hoods for a 300ex other than feather carbon, and it doesnt look bad but its doesnt look great either. I think you can make 250r hoods fit but i dunno a lot about hoods considerin ive never had one.I'm just goin by what ive heard around here. Sorry i couldnt tell ya more i just saw no one replied and thought id try and help out.
