Ok, what do you guys think about the pep clutch perch & lever. And If I bought a IMS fuel tank would it be worth the money to purchase a new steering stem, Or could I just buy a highier bend of bars? Seems like alot of money for a plain old steering stem:rolleyes:

well i have the ims tank on the way so ill let you know about the stearing stem , hope it fits :ermm: , i also have the pep the lever, its made by someone else (emago?.., i'll have to look ) and just has the pep sticker on it , but it's waaaaay easier than stock , everone that has tryed my bike always comments on how "buttery smooth " the clutch is :D

finally went out and checked the lever , it has "emgo" molded right into it , so im going to have to say this is the company that made the lever , and pep just put there name on it . It is waaaay better than stock though , I'll let you know on the tank as soon as it gets here.

well finally got my ims tank . had to grind the 2 "tabs" off the back of the stearing stem and then ground about a 1/8 off the entire back of it , to get it to fit :ermm: .

the pep lever is an emgo CR250 perch and lever with a different hole drilled in to the lever for the "E-Z pull" I don't even use the E-Z pull hole becuase it drags the cable through the perch and breaks cables my suggestion is just go and get and oem or emgo or the cheapest cr 250 lever you can find it will all be the same thing as the pep without the extra hole that i don't use any ways

Grinding on the back side of the stock stem is a must with this tank, and IMS told me no modifications were required when I ordered mine.
