View Full Version : went snowboarding for the first time

my buddy snowboards and i went up with him to Jimminy Peak for my first time. It was blast till i woke up this morning now i can barely move every part of my buddy is sore as he** and i have to get my uqad out wash it all up becase people are coming to look at it.

snowboarding is awsome, its a great feeling going mach 5 down an open trail with very big trees 30 feet to the left and right of you:D

i had a blast but i have to get back in shape so i dont end up like i was this morning.
i was having trouble turning to my right everytime i did i fell so i had to spin the board around every time inorder to turn. i go alot to learn.

Lean over front foot always and steer with back foot, and remember NO FRONT SIDE EDGES(ouch)

yup once you get the whole lean forward, steer with the back it gets alot easier

just so you know its steer with the front foot youre supposed to lead the board not push it
