I ride/race streetbikes alot and I have always used "race" shifting. That is, I reversed the lever arm linkage on the gear shifter so you tap down to move up in gears...(1,2,3,..) and pull the lever up to downshift. I would really like to switch my lever somehow to do the same on my 300ex. Anyone tried building a linkage system to do this? Most ATV riders I know have never thought about it before. It is confusing when you switch from bike to ATV and back all the time. :confused:
