Well I had thought I would order an HMF slip on this week for my 300ex...then I found a reasonable deal on a Yoshimura slip on. I dont really wanna replace headpipe as well, mainly because the wife is gonna be riding the bike soon. I plan on buying a new 400. This will probably be the last "performance" mod I'll do to the quad. What are you guys opinions on this. HMF, or the Yoshi? Which would be better with a stock headpipe? Thanks.

actully HMF only makes a slip on for a 300ex, But u can buy a whitebros. head pipe, and the HMF slip-on mounts up perfect!

U can get ahold of Jeff@thequadshop, and he can hook u up!

Big_Bad_Beny is running that setup, and he has one of the best sounding 300's iv heard!

u cant go wrong with either. I just got done putting my HMF slip on my 400. The quiet core only takes 10 seconds to put in and it brings the sound down quiet a bit. very nice pipe with good gains.
