maeir plastics, adding carbon hood

just got a carbon fiber hood for my 400ex. have race cut maier plastics. the hood doesn't seem to be too snug. anyone put one on and have any suggestions??? need some help here..

I have a quadtech CF hood for mine with maier fenders and it fits like crap..I dont know if it is the hood or the fenders themselves, bit it seemed to fit up better on a set of stock plastics w/the headlight cut off..The hood fits good except for it is too long..just had to drill the hood for different mounting spots instead of using the 2 pre-drilled holes in the front..If you need pics I can supply them..let me know..

I have the quadtech hoodon my meiar plastic and it fits fine..You have to drill new holes though on the bottom maybe about 3-4in above the holes they supplied with....Heres some pics
