2001 stock 400 ex

I'm selling a 2001 completely stock 400ex, never been raced in competition, maintaned regularly (oil changes, valve adjustments, greased points), and never been wrecked. owner knew how to ride a sport and a quad with a clutch so the clutch is in good condition yet. has sat for the last 6 months. Quad is in Northwest Ohio. Im selling it for a friend that i work with, it was his son's quad (son is 20 yrs old and moved to college), i know both personally and if i didn't already have a 400 i would buy this one, as it is in excellent condition. he just asked me to help him sell it so i figured i'd give it a shot. he is asking $3200 for it.

doesn't want another 4-wheeler. just needs to get rid of the quad for money, any reasonable offer would be considered.
like i said this quad is in very nice condition.
