350x airboot

ok, i called service honda to order a 350x airboot and they sent me a long plastic thing that looks like it goes to some place else on a airbox. Is this what it is suppose to look like.

Go to search and look for "350x airboot on 300ex?" It's a pretty informative thread.

I've heard good things about the 350 airboot...but I haven't tried one on my 300 yet.

those help about .25 of a hp if you have a filter carb and pipe... i wouldent worry about it.... we dont run um...

you need one to run a 400EX carb on a 300EX right!?

nope, we built jr hinds a 307 and he got the 400 carb with a stock airboot....itll work...runs good too

Is this what your airboot looked like? If it did it is the snorkel(from the airbox to the frame).

yes that is what service honda sent me Red Rooster300, and that is not what i wanted. I wanted the airboot thing that you all are talking about. I wouldnt be ordering it, but my stock 300ex airboot keeps popping off when I land from a jump. How do you keep it to stay on good.

The stock clamp system works good for me. I don't see how it would come off could?!?:confused: The real one costs $30. the 400ex carb and 350x airboot are the next purchases for me.

oh, im talking about the stock airboot popping off of the 400ex carb.

ive seen them go on ebay before for 10 bucks, just search for 350x
