how do u install valve stems

how do u install the valve stem is there anykind of trick to get them in easy need answers fast thanks

the tire has to be off the rim or partially off. it has to go from the inside out. put it through and then pull it untill it pops into place. becareful not to rip it or bend the threaded part though.

soap her up good and put a rag around the stem and bust out the vise grips and give it a good yank.

actually there is a cool little tool made to do it. It looks like a mini version of the crappy t wrench you get to change a flat tire with your car. Anyways you put the threads through the hole. Thread the tool on, and pull it through. Super easy. Hope this helps. - Mike
