The chest protector does have a broken strap on the right shoulder but can be fixed. I'll sell the gear as a package if the price is reasonable. hey what part of the chest protector has the broken strap on it...i cant really tell in the pictures..

Look in the middle of the pic where the strap is supposed to slide into the slot but it's cracked apart. On the right side of the slot.
