water cooled 400ex

has anyone ever read about the water cooled 500ex from FST? that is one of the coolest 400ex's i have ever seen. i think it said he just milled down the fins and welded some material back on with water jackets in it. then he used a water pump off a ktm dirt bike i think. man sometimes i wished i was a machinst. i would build some awesome crap. my dad has been a machinst for over 30 years but i cant ever talk him into doing things like that for me lol. oh well i was just wondering if anybody else has ever tried this.

Im not sure but it seems like I remeber saying he doesnt make the water cooled kits anymore, But i do know he charges $2000 to make them!!

I think it would be worth the money. I thought your paying alot of money for yur motor, right? The FST Lqiud-Cooled kit is a 500. But i think if it is liquid cooled, couldn't you put an even higher comp. piston w/out having use race gas.
