Emissions on 400ex in Calif?

is there any emmisions devices on new 400ex's in calif?
Basically, if i bought a 400ex in kansas or another state, is it going to run better since the emmsions standards are lower?

No Erik, there are all the same. Unlike other models the 400EX runs clean enough as a 49 state bike.
