1 Last shock question

How do you go about ajusting the settings on a stock shock. I am about 185lbs and do a alittle bit of every kinda of riding for right now.

You can use a big pair of channel locks and turn the preload adjuster to one of the 5 settings till you find one that you like.

So what am I looking for as far as setting it up how should it ride.

I can't tell you how you like your suspension, eveyone is different on how they like their shocks setup. I like mine soft.

good genral rule is to bottom about 1 time a lap. if its more than that, your too soft, if its less than that your too stiff.
