electrical problem

I have a 03' 400 it keeps blowing fuses, could it be the switch, I never blows when I use the starter only when the head lights turn on I got a brand new light harness for it from a friend that plugs in-front of quad. Could it just be a plug? has anyone had this problem. Thanks Much

u might have a some bare wires crossed some were along the lines it might be around that new light u put in
