Save yourself some money and get Housers, they are just as good as Roll but much cheaper. Elka is a great choice!

JD performance is the best by far...

they have a new "quick adjust" for the caster.. the easiest way to get your bike dialed in...

they also sell Elka

If you're really into saving money, get your stock shocks revalved and go with zero preload triple rate springs and have at it. They perform as good as my Elka's do.

I just sent all 3 of my shocks to DeRisi for $725.00 including a new long travel link.

You can get a little more performance from revalving and respringing stock shocks but they cannot be made to work as well as Elka, Axis or PEP!

Houser and burgard both make good arms that are less costly than roll. As for the revalve on the stock shocks it performs great and for the money you can't beat it. True they are not elka or axis but your not paying that much either.

I agree, Houser with Elka or Axis for XC, and Walsh for MX.
