From the front...

...and from the rear after the Dominator install. Like the homemade peg extenders? I refuse to pay the money for 'custom' pieces when I can make them myself for free with scrap steel I've got laying around.

And here are the conversion hubs so I can run the Honda bolt pattern.

Not bad for 15 years old and not a single piece has been replaced (except for the bars, axle and rear rims).

That thing is beautiful, Ive been around a few LT250Rs in my short 15 years alive, and I love them, this winter I built one with my friend, he got his motor completly rebuilt, bottom and top, it ran great, and really screamed. My neighbor had two quadracers, they were awesome. I love their screaming powerband. Nice machine Guy!!!!!

now i have to go wipe the drool off the mouse and keyboard

Nice!! How do you keep it so clean?? Now you need a chrome pipe to make it even nicer.

The secret is keeping a nice, thick coat of mud on it for about 14 years that way the rust never gets a chance to get to the metal. Honestly, I bought this quad from my uncle and he was meticulous with the maintenance. Fluid changes per the manual and kept the tire pressures up. Other than that he rode this quad as hard as anyone rides a quad. Miraculously, it's still on the original bore and everything. The quad was in 100% stock condition when I bought it off him. Anything you see aftermarket on it was installed by me. My uncle just didn't believe in cleaning it but somehow it survived and is in the condition it is today. There's still dirt around the rear shock linkage, swingarm pivot, etc. (where it's too hard to reach with a brush) but I'm too lazy to get it out.

I'm leaving the motor alone for now. I'm afraid that if I touch it the good fortune will leave it and it'll blow up. My next order of business is full Elka's and then I'll worry about the motor.
