Lol, I think a few are lying about there age:p

On the bright side my parents are both 50, and still ride. These people above should have 25 to 30yrs of riding ahead of them if they stay healthy.

"I'm gunna be 22 soon but I feel like I'm 80 " Too much hard drugs, and wisky will do that to ya.

If you can't get it out by beating it with a hammer, get a bigger hammer. If it still won't come out, use a sawzall to cut the bolt between the frame and swingarm on both sides. On my 250R I had to put my frame and swingarm in a press to get the bolt out.

I started riding us/atc90back in 1969 had several honda qa 50 and z50a dirt bikes got the very first blue us/atc90 that came threw the door at mikes cycle shop which i still have.I was a little small for that machine which once i rode my first three wheeler i was hooked.I have been riding three and four wheelers for 35 plus years.Converted over to quads in 1987 when the three wheeler racing was getting hard to find.I have the first 3 years of us/atc90 ever nade also have a 1974 atc70 with the flame job in perfect shape all my three wheelers are mint.Look in the latest addition of dirtwheels under the atv expo article and the blue and green three wheelers are mine.I will be posting all my old bikes soon for everyone to see.Quads for life i will never loose interest in this sport and me and my daughter ride every chance we get .My kids mom gave me the option her or the quads and as you see i still have the quads and my kid.,,,Chris

It bugged me too:ermm: The reason I said over 30 is b/c thats when I started to slack off a tad, At 28 I was in my prime , but I truely beleive you age quickest between 25-30..for me anyway

Ive definitly spent most of my life riding, but the last few yrs it just hasn't been the same, I probably only rode 8 times in 04' .......I used to gripe if I only rode 80 times a yr:huh :ermm: alot of it is..Ive been riding the same places for 20 yrs and most of them have been shut down except a few, seems I used to be able to afford this hobby ....not so much these days

BUT...Its definitly good to see this many ppl post here and say they still got it and use it!;) :D

I really dont think most people stop riding because they are older, I think its because older people have much more resposibilities piled upon them plus they have a wife, kids, etc and they have to think about being able to go work on monday to support them.

When you are older you have weekend house/yard upkeep and other obligations which gives way less time to do the things you want to.
So what do you do? Avoid your responsibilities and go play, or take care of business the needs doing. It depends what you want out of life I guess.

I'll be 30 in April. I bought my first quad in Nov. 04' and have ridden it about 10 times. There has just been way too much rain here to actually go riding.

I've been riding dirt bikes since I was 5. I started with a blue Honda 70(I know you remember those). Then I moved onto a Bultaco, Kawasaki 80, and the last 2 wheeler was a YZ250. I then quit riding in 1996 after I wrecked my GSX-R 750.

Danwil, its not a matter of "feeling the urge to ride". Its a matter of "having the time to ride". And driving down to Oregon takes time that I find in very short supply. :ermm: Im hoping things will change for the better this year. Got a few irons in the fire, that with the help of L&I, may change things.
