i have a dg supertrap pipe on my 300ex and when i was riding today the mount on the silencer that bolts to the grab rail broke off, is there a waranty on that, also will it hurt if i ride it without the silencer because it sounds sweet

I have hear of DG and Supertrap, but I have not heard of a DG Supertrap exhaust. But anyway, I think you may loose some botom end without your silencer, and possibly gain on your top end. Just note, without your silencer, you may start to offend others due to how loud it is.

I doubt that where you got your exhaust would have that under warranty, but it is worth asking them.

Its a DG pipe with supertrapp disc on it , its a pretty good setup quiets it down quite a bit.

Dude don't ride without the mufeler on!!!!!!!! There is not enough backpressure therefore causins the valves to burn up. This is not what you want to happen.

Just havesomeone weld so it doesn't break again. It would probaly be cheaper, stronger and easier.

Do yourself a favor and junk your DG pipe. It will continue to break off at the mount until eventually you have no mount just one BIG weld.

My DG is fine.BIG diffrence in weight between stocker and DG :)
