Headlight plastick

On my 400ex 2002 in between the two lights there is a gap with lil ridges goin down is that normal or is my bike fallin appart?

Its on mine too, if I know what your talking about, they all do. Its the way its made between there....:huh

all of the head lights on the 400ex are like that mine have them too, any 400ex you get besides the 2005 have those little ridges.
