Oil change?

How ofter do you guys change your oil on a 450 4 stroke engine? I was told to do the filter after break in and then every other oil change.

i do my oil filter every oil change and the size of the engine shouldnt matter that much on oil changes i change my oil in my 300 after every race day and sometimes races depending on how hot my engine gets and then about every 10 hours of trial riding

You probally dont have to replace the filter after every race but i do mine every 2 or 3 oil changes

i change my filter after every oil change, otherwise, whats the point really of changing your oil?

oil change every ride/ race. filter cleaned same time. (scotts)

The point of changing your oil is because heat causes it to breakdown in turn giving less lubrication. I'm not saying that the filter isn't important, its just not the point of changing your oil.
