Plastic Shaving

Does anybody have any tips for cutting front fenders , i have no idea going about it and i dont want to screw up my fenders and have to buy new ones!!! any advice is helpfull!!!

There are plenty of topics done on this Wicked.... do a search for shaved fenders from the main forum.

Take some electrical tape and mark out what you want, get a hacksaw with a new blade on it and cut it out then get a metal file and file it smooth. This is what i did on mine and it came out great and really smooth. also another way that you can do it is get a razor blade and draw a line on you fenders and just keeps running the blade along the line and when you get about half way through the plastic all you have to do is snap the plastic off and it should make a clean break. the only draw back to this way is that it takes alot longer! good luck
