theres not really much you can do.... take the parking brake off, maybe the kill switch.

Acording to someone a while ago you should take your seat off. You will loose 10 pounds:bandit:

Id say the most obvious is to get a hood and take off your lights...
Then of corse parking brake blocks off and clutch perch. Pipes are a lot lighter too... When you switch to aftermarket parts you usually save weight.

Good luck

You can trim up your wiring harness (only if you know what you are doing of course). you dont need the lines going to the headligh, tail light, coolant temp sensor, and so on. Baldwin sells a Kit for this. But you can do it yourself. The 450Rs are trim and fit as it is though.

You can also take off all lighting and lighting hardware, take out all the junk in the "took box" you can even cut the tool box out, You can find some TI bolt kits out there, but they are $$$$.

Different types of nerf bars will weigh more than others as well. along with bumpers, and grab bars.

You can also be like Chad Reed and loose 20 pounds. If your worried about the weight of your quad worry about your own weight first.

I don't see anything about changing your exhaust in your sig. Replace the stock exhaust with aftermarket ( preferrably carbon fiber) and loose alot of weight.

keep the frame, and drill holes all through it. just buy a few backups because it will bend much easier that way.
