Best Exhaust for 250EX

I have a 2004 250ex and was wondering if the DMC Alien exhaust system is good or which system is the best one? im lookn towards a full exhaust system

White Bros. is about best quality pipe around period.I have aWB e-series slipon on my 250ex with a k+n filter and jet kit andit runs great.

I would say either Big Gunn or Pro Circuit...

I doubt the full system will make too much of a differance over the stock header though..

^^^^ :o , i have a fmf megamaxx 2 and a twin air filter along with a fmf jet kit, no way you can get better plus the fmf megamaxx2 is cheap

Yea.. ive never been a fan of the disk exhaust systems...

I didnt know Curtis Sparks made a pipe for the 250ex... That would probably be the best exhaust for the 250ex.:)

I put a full Big Gun on my son's 250ex with jets & a UNI filter w/o airbox lid. It helped alot. Pulls harder everywhere. The Big Gun jetting spec. are right on. Go for it!

i had a Big Gun on mine, it worked really well. make sure you get a good filter and take the lid off though. thoose things need more air. you should be able to run like a 108-110 main jet with that setup. i never changed my needle.

i have a pro circuit t4 on my quad and its really good, it has good power gains across the board,i would definattley recommend to any anyone who wants alot of power

I've got a supertrapp and love it. Lots of low end power.
I run a uni filter and dynojet kit.

Right ya i dont know the own power gains of my 250. the fmf is not a p.o.s u dumb ***s. Tell me that with a fmf exhaust, twin air filter,fmf jet kit,no air box lid it wont have alot better power gains. :rolleyes:

I have White Bro's E-series, K&N , & jet kits. Great gains. Sorry not a big fan of the fmf, but the sparks pipe sounds like it would be great also.

I had a megamax one my 300ex it gave it tons of power but i broke it and then i put a hmf on it. I would get the big gun. I have heard and seen some bad things about the e-series.
