Hey I Was Wondering If Anybody Rides In Mass. Near New Bedford. Five Of Us Start In Berkely and Ride The Train Tracks Into Dartmouth or New Bedford. Is There Any Other Good, Long Place To Ride

I live in New Bedford... we usually ride in the state forest near fallriver/westport (forget the name of it) but we've been to a couple of spots around my area as well...

Where exactly in berkley do you guys start your journey? Always looking for new places to explore.

I ride an orange KFX400, and ride with a KFX700 (orange as well) and a white blaster, maybe we'll see you on the trails near NB.

The railroad tracks across from Honeydew donuts?

Where do you park around that area... I live right up the road from there. It's a 2 mintue drive

Im not trying to get screwed with by security either... the last thing I want is for my quad to be impounded :ermm:

We usually ride in the Freetown state forest... rumor is theres no ATV's allowed, but weve never been given a hard time. Lots of trucks going in there as well... dirtbikes too

Cool, See We Have Friends In Berkley At A Farm And She Lets Us Park There As Long We Dont Have Cops Knocking On Her Door So Thats Where We Park. For You Id Say To Park Maybe in At Hot Wheels but during The Day You Mite Have Some Cops Lurking Around We Ride At Night so its not A problem.

Yea I don't ride at night much... but i'm sure we'll figure something out for a place to park that isnt really obvious.

We also ride at the powerlines off of accushnet ave, but the trail ends unless you cross the highway nearby (forgot which it was) to get to the other side of the powerlines, and traffics been way too busy

Cool.. not many 400ex's I see on the paths. Only seen 450R's, a YFZ450 and banshees as far as sport bikes go.

I did see a 400ex doing a long wheelie down the road where we ride the powerlines at... kid was GOOD. seemed to have lots of bolt ons, but no nerf bars. Couldve been you?

Yea... the KFX400 is supposed to be just a little bit quicker than the 400EX stock for stock.

My dad's the one who owns the KFX700, it isnt really meant to drag. More a cruiser bike with pep

Yea My Buddys Z400 Was Quicker Than My Stock EX but i put a xstream power lid and a k7n filter and she goes pretty good i also have a pro circuit t 4 pipe

I like the Kfx 700's they big quick and comfortable for the rides where you dont wanna be shifting

I really wanted a 450r but i need to get my Jeep on the road and a few others so i got a deal on this bike and i dont regret it i love my 400EX

I wouldve loved to have a YFZ just for the pure power... but the cheapest i've found one is 6grand, and I was offered 5400OTD with a 4 year factory warrenty for my KFX, so i bit.

... and thats not very cool because i ride spots around there and i'm gonna be :grr: if i get chased around there. i'm eventually gonna make a path that leads to the additonal parking from the tracks but its too cold to be doing that now. Then we can stunt over there. Since you ride the tracks, how you found the spot behind Target?
