Help - Need New Starter

My friend has an 03 raptor, he just rebuilt and I believe his compression is at 11:1 now. His starter is pretty much fried. Where can you get a decent price for a starter that will turn that compression?

I dont really know, but i have thought about this before for when i stroke my 400, Well 11.1 isnt that big of compression for a small engine. But i would take your starter to your local starter/alternator rebuilder, and see what numbers he can crossrefrence and build u up a hella starter! If that doesnt work, make Ricky Stator would know!

Starter doesn't turn, doesn't catch or just doesn't work at all. The Raptor Starters are junk.
