rear shocks on 400 exs

if i set the stiffness all the way up and then loosen the spring a lot will i have a probably with bottoming out if i have that problem once and a while right now? before the stiffness was set about a 1/4 of the way to full potential.

Turn the dampening up stiffer first and see what happens. If it still does it you want to tighten the spring down, not loosen it.
