i need help i'm buying a slip on for my 400ex and ppl tell me that i dont have to rejet and other ppl tell me that i have to rejet
so i'm very confused right now.
the bike its all stock.

you have to... unless you dont want your quad to run to its full potential....
its not necessary, but you will notice a bigger difference if you do...

you shoukld have to because the exhaust moving out of your engine is moving faster than the fuel and air is going into your engine

If you want the full power from the slip on, than you will want to re-jet;)

In order to get the full power out of the exhaust, you need to re-jet the carb.
