I have a 2003 z470 for sale.
Motor:
Thumper 470 motor kit, stage 2 hotcams, kibble white valves, HD springs, thumper clutch kit, ported and polished. Has about 20 hours on it valves were just adjusted back into specs.
LRD Pro 4 Full system
Carb and airbox:
41mm FCR w/ twist throttle
stock airbox w/ pro design adapter and k&n filter w/ outerwear
Chassis:
2003 stock frame, gusseted up.
+1 burgard a-arms
+1 LSR swingarm w/ round housing honda style
Durablue eliminator stock width axle
+1 Roll Design stem with new bushings pro taper bars and moose aluminum handgaurds w/ white covers.
Custom Axis front shocks dual rate compression and rebound adj. set up for 185lbs XC
Custom Axis rear shock single rate compression adj. sut up for 185lbs XC
IMS 4.0 dry-break tank
IMS Roll design pegs w/ kickups
AC nerfs and heel protectors
Douglas Shamrock Beadlocs w/ super grip tires. Identical to the Razr 2's Tires only have 2 rides on them thay are like brand new Rim offsets are 4/1 front and 3/5 rear
PRM bumper, grab bar, and skids
Stock white plastics w/ carbon fiber hood, Klotz graphics kit ans seatcover. also have brand new troy racing graphics kit and seat cover.
Just replaced all the brake pads, linkage bearings and seals, front wheel bearings, and the air filter.
All parts have about 20 hours on them except for the frame. Frame has been welded on to put gussets in and to repair a small crack above the right side motor mount.
Shocks were revalved and have about 12 hours on them.
Burgard a-arms have 2 rides on them about 4 hours new tie rod ends were also installed when the a arms were. Will NOT Part Out
