adjusting your valves

how do your adjust your valves?? the dealer told me that after 4 weeks to adjust my valves or i would run in to engine problems down the road. thanks.

Is this for your 400ex? Go to the top of the page and click on ex tech. You will find instructions their.

Trust me dude, those directions couldn't be any easier! I just did mine yesterday with those exact directions from the tech section. It was a breeze. I was amazed at how easy it was just use a brush or some canned air to blow off the top of you motor before removing the caps.. That way not to risk any crap getting in the head.

yeah, I used my service manual and it was pretty strait forward. go for it.
