stock carb jet

I was wanting to purchase some Keihin jets before I opened up the carb. I am assuming the 450R uses the same main and pilot as the 400EX TRX400EX, can anyone confirm that? Also is the needle adjustable? Thanks

no deff not the same

3rd needle position, 118 main, and not sure on pilot think its 42 or 45

I guess I was unclear in what I wrote, I meant do they use the same type of main and pilot jet? The 118 main sure sounds like a small main, thats about what the 300ex uses if I recall correctly.

yea dude, the stock jet is a 118, TINY! open up your box alittle and throw in a 175 and you'll be rippin!

dude, 175 is huge with stock filter and exhaust..... btw, the needle is adjustable...
