Spark plug reading

OK just got my 250r up and running again and i am fouling plugs because they are getting soaked in oil and are really wet. Thay have a little bit of black build up but nothing awfull. What do i need to correct main jet poilet jet ect? thanks I was thinking going down a size or two on the main jet would be a srart but i just want to make sure. thanks

Yeah i pretty positive that means you are running rich. You can go down on the main. But i believe you can also go up on the pilot. What sizes are you currently running for each?
