Works? Moving on up?

I got the new ATV Sport today, and the works ad, looks like they're really starting to take it seriously. The new Black Widow shocks look to be pretty top notch. They also have a triple rate, ZPS kit for the TRX450 stock shocks.

i geuss they decided to get with the rest of the suspension companies and try to build a shock thats comparable:confused:

I think its good for the market b/c elkas are WAY WAY over priced so hopefully more companies will step up to help lower these rediculous prices.

Uh yea..have you seen the price of the new Works shocks? They're about a grand :eek2:

Somethings wrong when I can buy top of the line shocks for my Jeep and they still cost less than two ATV front shocks

after talking to a couple of dealers, the only difference is that the works are just newer. for what you spend for the black widows, you can buy elkas. dont get me wrong, i ride works 3x rates on my quad and love em, but if i was to upgrade, it would be to elkas.

Elka's aren't cheap, but they ride smoooooth.

Have you ever priced true race style shocks for your Jeep. Like King, they will put Elkas pricing to shame. I bet 1 King shocks costs as much as all three elkas on your quad.

Or you could look at it this way. I've got Bilistens on my s-10 extreme that cost less for all four. ANNNNDDDD, that's a damn good shock!!
