Get a place to host your picture like imagestation or webshots. Then add the picture to it. right click on the picture and click properties. copy the url on the property screen. then click the img button and place the picture

Thanks Dumont but I just did a search and found how to post pics but when I did it was too big so I deleted it and resized it. So here it goes again.
