When ever i go ride HARD for a day and i come back to my truck. when i go to take my hands off the handlebars they seem stuck its like it hurts so bad to straitin them out.then after i straitin them out and stretch them they feel fine then i go ride some more then it does it again. Anyone got this ? what should i take to make it go away

yeah i sometimes get that bc i have such small hands that i have to stretch them a lot when riding and it makes them cramp up like that a lot....another cause of it for most people is bc they are gripping too tightly.... when you are riding make sure to check that u dont have a deathgrip goin on bc its easy to do that and not realize it.

exactly...when i ride in a straight line my hands aren't even touching the bars! :eek2: it takes lots of practice but eventually you wont pay attention to how you hold the bars and after many years i barely hold on!

If you can't straighten your hands out, just hold a beer in each. People won't notice the difference.

It's my wrist I have trouble with. Any of you guys know a good way to excercise 'em? :p

its arm pump, its something to do with being tense and your muscle kinda gets locked in, diff nutrients and stuff can help but it mainly comes from being uncomfortable, nervous, where you overgrip the bars, i use to get it on a dirtbike but never got it on a quad or 50

you're holding the bars too tight.
