K&N vs No-Toil

I just bought a pro-circuit exhaust for my 99 400ex. I already have a No-Toil filter, but since I will have to rejet for my new exhaust, I was wondering if I should upgrade the filter too.

Would a K&N filter be a huge improvement over the No-Toil Filter? I dont want to spend $50 for a new filter if it will be about the same as I have now. I plan on ditching the air-box lid as well.

the difference will be small at best from my experience. there is not way in heck i would change, that is my opinion.

Thanks for the advice. Looks like I saved $50 to put towards other mods.
