Hey all! New here. I'm from Colorado but I now live in Australia. Have for 10 years now. Anyway I am buying an 05 EX in about a month. I've done a little reading here about the air-cooling not being a problem on the EX's. But here in the summer the temp routinely exceeds 100 degrees. Sometimes up to 115-120. Will the EX's air cooling hold up to these temps for extended periods of running on soft sand and dunes? Say for a 3-4 hour period of constant running?

I could literally ride along the beach for 500-600 miles in both directions if I wanted too! Looking forward to getting it!! Thanks! I'll try not to ask too many dumb questions! OK once the mods start I might!

Thanks!

By all means run sythetic oil. If you can't, change the oil very often. IT will help your motor and drive train in many ways.....
