450r jetting

I just put a HRC kit on my 450r minus the HRC cam, but I did put in a sparks aggressive cam. I also have the balance full carbon exhaust, and aftermarket airfilter. I installed the HRC jet kit and it seems rich, it smokes a little more black than I'd like and has a flat sport when you hit the gas. It has stock pilot, HRC needle 3rd clip, 185 main. Anybody else running close to this setup have any jetting help?

is your lid off 180 main in mine works great.

Im running a 182 jet , still alittle rich but it got rid of that bottom end "flat" spot on mine.

I have the HRC lid, its the complete HRC kit -HRC cam. I figured since 185 came with the HRC kit and I had a full exhaust if anything it would be lean. I guess I'll try going down to a 180.
